Thirty Minute Mentors Turns 250

Thirty Minute Mentors hit the 250-episode mark today, as NBA legend Muggsy Bogues joined me to share his unique and inspiring story and his best lessons on leadership, teamwork, mentorship, overcoming adversity, attaining greatness, and much more.

I am grateful to the many incredible guests who have made 250 possible and to the many listeners and friends who have been a part of this fun journey.

In recent weeks I was joined by Panera founder Ron Shaich, Regus founder Mark Dixon,1-800-Flowers Founder and CEO Jim McCann, celebrity chef Andrew Zimmern, Teresa Rasmussen (Fortune 500 CEO), Dan Houston (Fortune 500 CEO), broadcasting legend Lesley Visser, General John Allen, and Lieutenant General Mary O'Brien, among other top leaders.

And today NBA legend Muggsy Bogues joined me on the podcast for Episode 250. Standing at just 5’3, Muggsy made history as the shortest player to ever play in the NBA and had to overcome daunting obstacles in addition to his size to get there. Muggsy was a force to be reckoned with on the court and in the locker room, known for his quickness, tenacity, and leadership skills.

Here’s to 250 episodes of learning, growth, and inspiration - for me as much as for listeners - and to many more exciting episodes scheduled to run in the weeks and months ahead.
